At first we kept in touch with our clients by having several video meetings. The aim was to entertain our partners, show them the beauty of Poland and help distract them from their worries during lockdown.
In the summer our team verified our partners by checking the validity of their safety certificates. Our monthly newsletter included the latest information on the situation in Poland and current restrictions, with the aim of keeping our clients up to date.
Our vacation season was really hectic: we traveled around Poland looking for undiscovered places. I think we can truly say that we are inspired to prepare new offers with outstanding places for the incentive groups!
We are so thrilled to announce that we have been working from our office since September, which has been a much needed return to normality.
We can proudly say that we have already welcomed a few groups in Poland and we have been doing everything in our power to welcome more guests.
The months ahead will be full of hard work and challenges but our whole team is ready to face them!
