Keeping in touch with our clients via video conferences has been a top priority. Our aim has been to keep them abreast of the latest health & safety protocols in France, Metropolis Team news and to continue to promote the excitingly diverse destination that is France.
Regular virtual meetings with our suppliers has been an important way to exchange information on the ever-changing situation and the practical measures and improvements we can implement so as to be ready for a return to business.
One new initiative is the expansion of local business opportunities with French companies keen to take advantage of our international experience in meetings and seminars.
Another initiative is creating individual incentive travel packages and offering individual VIPs à la carte services. These will be based on the strong French traditions of gastronomy, wine, fashion, French art de vivre, CSR and give-back experiences.
We are thrilled to have part of the team back in the office now, giving us the possibility to talk in person about how to improve our organization and services for future events and a brighter future.
